1. Why translation does not work?
   Pragma 5.x is a modular software. The basic program module that is referenced on the Internet does not contain the translation dictionaries. Therefore, it is necessary to choose Update mode through the Monitor menu immediately after installation of the program. Thus necessary language modules will be loaded and installed.
2. Why translation in some directions does not work?
   For most language pairs presence of the Russian module is needed and for translation directions with Polish there should be Ukrainian module. It is necessary to make update from the Update menu. It is also possible to check up the program capacity in the Check-up menu.
3. Why the Pragma icon does not appear when starting Windows?
   It is necessary to launch Start Monitor in the main menu: Start/Program/Pragma 5.
4. Is it possible to force the off-line activating?
   Yes. Ask developers about it.
5. How to obtain information for activating the program?
   Information for activating the program is sent by Trident Software company after confirmation the receipt of payment.
